Guest Users <br>If  you  use  the  Service  without  registering  for  a  mineTV  account,  we  will  collect  your  device  information,  IP address  and  usage  behavior. If you use the Service on your mobile device via the mineTV mobile device app without registering for a mineTV account, in addition to the above, we will also collect your device ID (IDFA (iOS) or Ad ID (Google)).<br>-. How We Store and Share Your Personal Information <br>Our corporate group operates around Thailand and the Republic of Korea. Pursuant to our contract with you to provide you with the Service, your personal information will be  processed on servers that may not be  located where you live. No matter where our servers are located, we take appropriate measures to safeguard your rights in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Our servers for the Service are located in Thailand and the Republic of Korea. In addition, your information can be accessed from outside of where you live by our support, engineering and other teams (including Thailand and the Republic of Korea). Situations where this occur are:  <br>• Third parties that provide services in support of the Service, including (i) mineTV support staff who assist to provide you with the Service; (ii) service providers who assist with providing marketing, advertising (Google), communications, messaging, infrastructure and IT services, to personalize and optimize the Service,  to  provide  customer  support;  (iii)  our  payment  processors  (Apple  Pay,  Google  Pay)  for  the purposes  of  processing  payment  and  to  process  and  limit  fraud  in  connection  with  your  payment method; and (iv) cloud service providers (Google Cloud), for the purpose of providing us with platform, cloud  storage,  video  transcoding  and  video  streaming  services  in  order  to  support  the  Service.
